When I joined Indeed as the first designer on marketing, my goal was to honor where Indeed started with Rony Kahan and Paul Forster’s vision and elevate the brand to its visual design potential through intention and storytelling. What started as a simple brand book project then extended onto Indeed’s first global brand campaign, to multiple global interior office designs, to Indeed’s first employer conference, all the way into Indeed’s first community outreach program.
With the breadth of customer touch points and seasonal campaigns, it was important to be consistent in the visual identity while creating flexibility for pivotal brand moments such as brand campaigns, events, and experiential design.
